InfoUse is committed to improving the health of Americans of all ages and backgrounds. With extensive research experience, and multimedia expertise, we create lively and innovative media products to educate people to live healthier through prevention.

Sample Projects:

  • Dig Deep - About 3 million U.S. youth use tobacco, annually consuming some 516 million packs of cigarettes (Cummings et al.1994) and 26 million containers of smokeless tobacco (DiFranza and Tye 1990). InfoUse produced an interactive, educational CD-ROM that encourages youth to change behaviors toward tobacco. More
  • SafeNet - Nine out of ten people in the US believe that they have low or no chance of contracting AIDS (BRFSS, 2000). This CD-ROM counters such misconceptions about HIV and educates youth about HIV prevention through interactive lessons and activities.
  • Take Control  - InfoUse used video conversation, dialogs and activities in this product to teach HIV prevention to adults with cognitive impairments.
  • UC LabSafe - This CD-ROM on Health and Safety in laboratories was produced by InfoUse for use system-wide in the University of California campuses (for Quint and Associates).
